do you have your original bios dump? that windows freeze sems like a bad gpu driver , bios device code or something similar.

also make sure bios is setup to uefi mode and sata in ahci.

Yes, I have the original one backed up somewhere. It did exacly that and then I reflashed it externally, but it still does it.

It freezes way before Windows.
