    MSI GE62 6QC Apache MS16J5 Power Unit PU12 make 9V not 5 on 5valw

Hallo i like to know, is my neu chip damaged or something else?
My MSI Apache had no 3.3v and no 5.0v. So i replaced the
    Powerchip TPS51225C.
It was pretty hard to solder the Thing.
    this is the device.

On pin 3 i have now nice 3,3V but on Pin 13 there is 8-9V.
So what have i done wrong?

    Thanks so fare.

It is possible. Watch youtube videos on how to solder QFN chips properly. measure voltage and resistance on pins 3, 12, 13 to check. sometimes such things happen after soldering, then a reflow of the IC may fix the problem.
