Macbook air 2017 high load kernel-task on Idle

I have a MacBook Air 2017 820-00165A with a high CPU kernel_task even works with IDLE. It has been poured the liquid inside before but I cleaned it all. Everything works fine, no short ground or missing voltage but works abnormally. CPU always works more than 70%, make the computer slow down. Tried many times to reset Pram, Vram ad nothing happened. Can you give me some ideas?

Where was the liquid?
Tried another touchpad cable?
Run latest version of HWMonitor ( https://bitbucket.org/RehabMan/os-x-...lek/downloads/ ) and post a screenshot.

Yes, I’ve tried a lot but still didn't work. I don't know where do I have to go from here.

p/s: trackpad, battery, the wireless card was changed.

Does AHT say anything?

Nothing happened with AHT. I will try to replace U7100 today, the charging current fixed with 3amps all the time.
