HP ZBook 17 G3 wont boot

When I turn on the ZBook 17 G3 all light go on but I got a black screen en no sign of life.

Then after a few seconds the charging light starts blinking 10 times. The other light go out. The charging light blinks another 5 times and the laptops shuts down.

I got a full battery and tried with the charger as well but got the same issue.

    Any suggestions?

Re: HP ZBook 17 G3 wont boot

When I take out the bios battery and the GPU the ZBook seems to be rebooting and the fan spins one time every now and then.

The CPU does not get hot. Should I suspect a broken CPU?

what voltages did you measure? 19v, 5v, 3.3v, etc., give us more details.

              Hi @radegoub.

Can you post any markings on your logic board ?

Any history of this unit ? Liquid damage ? You are using the original power adapter ?

yes of course, the motherboard is an APW70 LA-391p Rev 1c, no trace of liquid, all voltages are good, well I think.
the charger is a 200w hp, but I don't understand why I have 5v at the power button.

Trying to locate the schematic for this unit but the general starting base is to check as follows:

                  Remove all power.

Meter in resistance mode (2k scale is good)

Check the resistance to ground for each coil (often grey in color) to ground.

Looking for any low resistance readings.

If found, post the coil location with silk screen markings if known. The coil could mean a defective power rail due to a failed capacitor (shorting).

I forgot to tell you that the charging light comes on when you plug in the charger, the battery light flashes orange (even though I don't have the battery) and the power button LED lights up dimly.
I must also specify that I flashed the bios main and EC (no change)
I took the measurements of the coils, resistances and voltages,

                    PL7 13 Ohms
                    PL8 70 Ohm 0.9V
                    PL11 164 Ohms 0V (1.35V I guess)
                    PL33 34 Ohm 0V
                    PL37 0L 0V (charging coil)
                    PL39 0L 3.3V
                    PL40 0L 5V
                    PL42 0L 1.8V
                    PL44 0L 0V
                    PL47 2 Ohm 0V
                    PL48 5 Ohm 0V
                    PL49 2 Ohm 0V
                    PL50 5 Ohm 0V
                    PL51 2 Ohm 0V
                    PL59 0L 19V
also I remove the mxm card before measuring
                    Thank you for your help
