Write full laptop model number (there are dozens of different HP Pavilion 15), write board model number, describe the problem, describe history of the machine, describe the troubleshooting steps taken…

Laptop is a HP Pavilion 17-f111ni
      Board model is : day11amb6e0 rev E

Machine is 3yrs old at this point, has only been opened to upgrade RAM and SSD drive. Has never had any spills on it.

Laptop was working perfectly, shut down, went to lunch and returned to find that the laptop would power on but wouldnt post.

      Steps taken so far.
Pulled out ram, bios battery, dvd drive etc to see if machine will post and problem still persists.

What i have noticed is that external peripherals like USB keyboard, wifi dongle do not even receive power leading me to believe the board isnt posting so im assuming SuperIO issue or BIOS chip?

I do have access to multimeter and have yet to check power rail.

I did post a video showing the issue and would like some opinions before i go deeper into checking power cuitry

First thing to check in this case is voltage on CPU VCore. Should be around 1.7V.
If it's present, try to flash the BIOS.
