    Processor is getting extremely hot

Hello to you all my geniuses. This is my first post, I'm encountering some issues with laptop processors that are getting extremely hot, as soon as i connect the charger the processor start heating up immediately, I can hear buzzing sound coming out from the processor. The laptop does not light up,I press the power button nothing happens, no charging light. Why does processor start heating up without any power button pressed, I checked the board for short, it not shorted at all.

    19v is available
3.3v is available on the power button

    But not switching on

Please help, I know I'm not the only who encounter such issue

It'd be nice to know the laptop model number, the board model number, the history of the machine, the troubleshooting steps taken, which die of the CPU package heats up if it's a MCP…

Thank you Piernov , I don't have the board now, but I do come across such cases where the laptop cpu (built in processor) get hot as soon as the charger is plugged, without pressing the power button, and when you press the power button nothing happens... I'm struggling with such issues, I don't even know what to check first, usual I hear noise from the cpu. What cause such behavior, is the cpu dead perhaps?

pch part of the onboard cpu is likely to be bad, if it is heating with just ac power connected.
