toshiba DA0BLXMB6G0! no display part missing

hi,

i have Toshiba DA0BLXMB6G0! that is connected to power supply.
the voltage is at 18V and Ampere nob is half the way
when i press power button the display goes from 0.3A down to .19A then then does the same cycle.
on LVDS connector i have the 18V. at the 3.3V point i do not have any part.

can someone help!

CPU VCore present?
Maybe BIOS issue.

On bios ic without power button pressed I have only 3v and 5v but nothing on bios ic.
When I press power button pin 8 on bios have 1.8v.
I have checked coils and I have 0.9v,1.05v,,1,5v,0.76v,3v and 5v
I have no schematic to check the board.

But worries me the Lvds connector which has one capacitor on which I get 18v,
One resistor I get nothing and 2 pads without part that I have 3.3v

Lvds connector voltage seems fine. You should check voltages. Vcore as suggested by piernov, gfx core, dramrst, pltrst etc.

If you think a part is missing,check it against a HD image of the motherboard
