hp 650 no data

hi all friends
hp 650 MB NEWTON_CR_HR_HPC MV_MB_V1
when i turn on the monitor is lighting but with no data
i flashed bios change monitor , flat cable ,ram and cpu
i think the pch is problem
can any one help me

PCH can be the issue. Lot of cases with only backlit but no data on screen were solved by replacing pch-so i too agree
