    HP 4540S LED Blinking

    The charger port led always blink and measuring to its power button the voltages goes up and down 3v-0v and 3v-0v again the blinking keeps flashing measuring the voltages in the PU4103 in pin 7 the voltages goes up and down laso form 5v to 0v again and again.

    Ive done flashing its bios, what may casue by this problem ?

      The image you provided is not visible at all. If PU4103 is 3/5v regulator ic, then try changing it. Are you getting 19v at vin pin?? Vreg3/5 present and stable??

                  Most important to know mobo code as reference. really hard to understand what happend on your bench.

                      Powersupply has all the voltages - Monitor still no power

                      Hello guys,

                      I have a Philips 240B7QPJEB. The monitor seems completely dead.
                      I opened it and measured the voltages of the powersupply. I found that a mosfet was dead and replaced it.
                      On the connector, that goes to the TCON board, all voltages 15-19V and 5V are present.
                      The small connector on the left of the PSU has two cables with 18V and all the other have 0.2V. It connects on this small connector on the left ontop of the panel. I guess the backlight? Seens fine I guess.
                      The weird thing is, that the Power LED is powered over the TCON board.

                      hp 4540s not power on and the charger led is blinking white when i check the charging circuite i found 1.4 v on the pl4001 coil the charging ic number is bq24726 i replaced it with the same nomber but the same issue
