Lenovo x1 yoga stuck in boot cycle

Hey all my Lenovo x1 yoga 20fq-ct01ww is having a problem where it is stuck in a booting cycle. The laptop will not allow me to format(I've tried factory and usb) since every time I try it throws me back into the loop cycle. The only thing I can do is access the bios. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try flashing bios first.

Thanks for the suggestion however when I try to do that with a usb the computer resets and loops into a continuous loop cycle.

You need to take the bios chip out of motherboard and program it with a bios programmer.
