Acer Aspire A315 keyboard not working

I have an Acer Aspire A315 with the keyboard not working. I have replaced the keyboard but still not working, not even in the BIOS. Motherboard model is DA0ZAVMB8E0 REV E Anyone have any idea where to start? If I plug in a USB keyboard it works fine

that is embedded Controller
the keyboardconnector is direktly connectet to this chip
messure voltage on each pin of keyboardconnector
