    My problem is completely solved..!!!
    The problem was that IC BIOS shows correctly with the programmer,
    But it was actually a problem.!!!
    that pin /CS (1) should not have any ohms with GND IN BOTH SIDE.
    In this CASE, pin 1 of the BIOS IC was damaged due to the MOSFET.Also, I installed the MOSFET for IC BIOS' security ,like this and it worked great.
