Lenovo G400 (LA-9632P) No Display 0.63amp in PSU

Please Help...
I have a problems with Lenovo G400 UMA LA-9632P mainboard, no display issue
-Power On with 0.63amp in PSU
-VCC core 1.12v at PL902 (is that normally..???)

Does anyone can help please...

try reflash first with a known good bios

Try externel Monitor
Check Ram with other and CPU if possible

Have you checked GFX Core??
