Packard bell with power fault

Greetings to everyone,am new here and want help from anyone,please i have this packard bell laptop and when you switch it on the power stays on for 10 seconds and goes off,but after making my checks on the Board i relies PU505 becomes warm,i want to know if that is the problem or can anyone help
