hello for this Dell workstation the problem is that only the power LED turns on for 20 seconds and then goes off, the fans do not start and does not display anything on the screen. I've already rewritten bios

Wow a notebook turns on but only after 15 20 seconds the logo appears !!

Try this bios, its based on your old backup. Flash U52 and U53 ,and give feedback pls.

Looks like a faulty GPU.You can try re-seating the card,and reflow the memory.The card is a MXM 3.0b

EDIT: you can try flashing a vBios to the card if you can find a dump for it.
