Hi everyone! this is my first post and i hope we can help me!
i have a Dell Latitude 3540 that did not turn on and ic ENE overheated, then i buy ic on ebay and replace, but not turn on again! the ene kq9012qf a4 need to program for working?

There are several avlbl. I prefer SVOD though RT809F will also work
