BAL20 LA-D801P Dell 5567 (No Power)
PQ718 No gate voltage, No source voltage
PQ709 is OK, resistance around PQ709 all are ok.
PU703 is changed (small junk in PU703 are clear) All the resistance are checked fine.
Then I give supply directly PQ718 then board has been ON then display. But charger can not detect.
After save the bios configuration and turn off then board just blink and turn off. If i remove the CMOS battery and turn on several times restart and displayed.
I have change the IO, charging ic PU703 Those both N channel mosfet (PQ718, PQ740) both no change.
(No gate voltage in PQ718)
I am tired but I have badcap
