Diodes Inc offers assorted diodes in this package.

Datasheet for the diode on the logic board is attached.

Any 30v diode with similar specs will work here.

From where do you buy your parts?

Remove all power. No battery. Meter in diode mode.

Red meter lead, yes red to ground. Black meter lead to CC1 in the schematics. What is the measurement?

Repeat for CC2 pin. We are checking to see if the communication interface is damaged or not.

Adapter is working fine with other lenovo laptop.

Red to ground, black to CC1 / CC2 on JP8 connector shows 0.6

Now checking for a faulty usbc socket

A nice to have tool here is a usb type c meter. It will offer the power delivery contract selected by the logic board and the current consumption. Each will help to diagnose this fault.

We use the one from RD tools on AliExpress but there are others that may be ok from Amazon.
