asus k52f component identification

Hi all,
I have this board K52F REV. 2.2 and only backlight bright without picture. I find burned out component marked as .45 and I don't know what is it. Can someone help me? Thanks.

Did you find the right part on the boardview , the case marking is similar to a NXP IP4223CZ6
