    Asus 6 pin IC

    Can anyone please identify the 6 pin IC . There`s no schematic available or boardview,just a Repair Guide.

        The laptop model is p751ja ,theres no boardview available. Its similar to a x750 ,i`ve looked at high res photos ,and at other asus motherboards but can`t find the exact IC with the same marking code.

          double transistor is the most probable case. I do not know the exact model, but you can use the datasheet of pj4n3kdw for this IC.
          with a low probability, it might be a double diode too.

            Thanks, i think i`ve found the right part now. You put me on the right track though when i looked at the pj4n3kdw datasheet i realised that the part i was looking for was smaller than a SOT-363 ,its a SOT-563 . A few searches later i found it,and its marked NT, i`m sure its the right part , its a Toshiba SSM6N44FE
