Dell 5559 La-d071p

Hello guys, I am working on this board but this one had a short on 5vs rail, so I found the following component short and replaced:
1. PU102
2. UZ2
3. PU603
4. PU605
5. HDA27

Now the led white for 1 second and off, only 5valws/3valws present. vr_on and slp3 is 3v active for 1 second and goes off.
Replaced bios chip from a donor board, now fan spins up. After solid white led goes off no display coming.
Does anyone has solution for this problem or did I miss something or did something wrong? Any help from you guys is very much appreciated.

Changing bios chip keeps power stable, vr_on and slp3 active but no output voltage on vrm even after replacing pu603. With original bios vrm gets around 1v for a fraction of a second and goes off as slp3 went off. Any advice?
