hello Friends ihave this laptop Toshiba a300-1QP


Problem is No Power and No Light

Matherboard : gxd-voa-2 94v-0

Ther is SHORT on capasitor very close to ic BQ24721C

ineed shematic for this Laptop


Please Help

This is not the motherboard model number, this is some kind of generic markings found on various PCB.
Check if your motherboard is Inventec Potomac.

canyou help me to find this probleme because the short is normaly in

C836 and C822 ic charger is U803

EDIT: You answered right after I clicked the thread

C822 and C836 are across a 0.01 current sense resistor so it will measure like a short. This is normal.

i thnik the problem is in ic power Number U23 His name TPS51125

Vin is Good But No 5 And 3.3 Out

Ihave Tps 51120 Ican replace With it ????

strictly no. Mb will fry if you powerup after replacing with 51120.

TPS51125 = RT8205B = UP6182

After replace Tps51125 with same ic number

***laptop now make power iwill teste it.
