asus x453m turns on but no fan is not spinning no display

Hi friends!I need help on this ASUS x453m, the problem it turns on light present but fan is not spinning and there is no display.Already tried reflashed bios still the same issue, I noticed cpu is cold.I have attached my original dump can someone please help on this

anyone can help on this please already tried flashing bios and with clear me file but stll the same issue.VCORE have 0.9v.

check which voltage rails are not present.

R2123 PM_PWROK 0v and 4.7ohms and R2124 PM_PWROK_SOC 0v with 19.9ohms

Check 3v/5v/1.5v VS lines

3v 5v and 1.5v presents on the coil but this 6pin chip at PQ8108 +5VSUS_ON pin5 has 3.3v supposed to have 5v and PQ8108 +3VSUS_ON pin2 has 1.05v supposed to have 3v.and when i try to reheat this chip pin2 become 3.3v and charging orange light comes and check again it goes back to 1.05v
