Lenovo Ideapad P400 Power On With Display Turned OFF

    Hello Good Day all,
I have this unit Lenovo Ideapad P400 I5 processor, UMA Board
The unit power on ith display but when the logo appears it turned off.
I have checked the Coil resistance to ground:
Cpu Core Coil measures 2.8 ohms and 0.9v
GFX Coil measures 1.5 ohms and .8v, here the problem start, when the unit turned on, it turned off in the time the gfx voltage appears, I have tried to replaced the CPU named in Schematic as IVY Bridge with Sandy Bridge but the same problem but the resistance to ground is about 10ohms for the CPU CORE and GFX.

I hope you can guide me how to diagnose this kind of problem, I just a newbie in this field

It's BIOS issue. Common in Ideapad. Can you please share mobo ID? It comes with two different mobo, one is LA-9061P and another is LA-9063P.
