what country uses this keyboard? i changed to french and i can't use right keys.

And in same laptop i can't do clean install without asking Bios Password, i don't know what password is, because i bought this laptop and owner don't know too, even to install bios update does not work, keep asking for pw

Does the old keyboard work fine? If so, the new keyboard is not compatible to your laptop.

everything works well but i dont know what this keyboard layout is from i need change in the windows 10 because is using azerty french and some keys are not correct.

Change the main language in Windows settings or check another version of Windows. There is some chance that it will be fixed this way.
