Sony Vaio SVF1521 (DA0HK9MB6D0) no power

hey guys i have sony sve152 laptop.
the problem i a facing is no power. i checked pq35 mosfet there is no power on pin5. it should 19 v. no short on that pin but can't resolve problem. will appreciate help.

You mean you have 19v on pin1-4 of PQ35 mosfet and 0v on pin 5-8???? If it is so, just remove cmos battery and short both the pins of cmos socket pins. Reinsert cmos battery and plug power. You should get 19v on Pin 1-3 & pin 5-8 and 9v on pin4 of pq35. This mb is notorious for this issue. Hope it helps.
