Hp pavilion dv6000 with power problem

Good morning my follow tech,a customer brought this hp dv6000 with power issue,after checking the board i have all voltages but when you press the start bottom,the laptop power leds comes on for second and goes off,can anyone please help me on what to do.Board number is

This will almost surely have a dead GPU so I wouldn't bother with it. I think it can be converted to UMA but the MCH has to be replaced by a GMCH AFAIK.
