acer aspire 4736z shuts off if battery only plugged in

hi everyone i need help on this acer aspire 4736z the problem is laptop working i charger only plugged in but if battery only it boots up and boots to windows then shuts off the same as battery plugged in and charger. laptop has nec 09e07 capacitor could it be this is the issue?please help

problem solved there is a shorted capacitor near cpu line
