Dell inspiron N7110 with power issue

Please i urgently need help,a cusomer brought dell inspiron N7110 with power problem,when u put in the power the charger led goes off and no voltage on hhboard too,i once solved this kind of fault by changing a busted capasitor on the board but in this case i dont see any busted caps on board,please what may be the fault anyone,board number is

still read all capasitor if you can there will be one faulty.....

Tnx very much but after making my checks again i found out it was a mosfet which was short so i changed it and the board is working fine,please can anyone send me diagramme of board?

the board is short...maybe a bad caps...
