asus g750jz no fan pwm

Hi,
asus rog g750jz , gpu fan non turn on due to missing pwm signal from ite it8585e pin 3, I have reprogrammed the bios but no solve the issue.
This ite is programmable but I don't find any bin file on internet (dr bios, vinafix, this forum, etc) .
