Asus pu301la replace cpu

Hi,
On asus pu301la motherboard there is a short (0.7 Ohm) on +3VSUS_PSUS,
then entirely cpu must be replaced ? (SR170 Intel Core i5-4200U)
I have those chip:

SR23Y (Intel Core i5-5200U) is compatible ?

SR1EB (Intel Core i7-4510U) is the right choice, I think.

I don't think you can put a Broadwell CPU in there but maybe someone knows more than me…
Anyway, do you have a short only on +3VSUS_PSUS? It would surpise me that the CPU is at fault here and no other line is shorted.

I have removed the cpu and test it with a multimeter respect its ground, and And there seems to be no other problems .
To test every line without cpu it's necessary to use a resistor for each line to simulate a load ?
