Acer p5weo la-6901p, no vcc core

M/B-ACER P5WEO LA-6901P with Nvidea graphics.

Laptop came in dead condition. A capacitor was short near U22 mosfet. replaced now mb powers up,fan spins and then off after 10-15 seconds, no display.

I have noticed that all voltage rails are ok and VR_On signal is there on Kbc as well as Pu12 but no vcc. There is 1.5 V on Ram. Graphics and PCH are getting Voltages(Getting warm after turn on)

I have changed the following:
01. Pu12(ISL95831)
02.PU2(51125)
03. PU4/5/7/9(51117)
04. Ene Sio
05. Flashed Eeprom(even changed eeprom chips)
06. No resistance or capacitor is short in the VRm Circuit.
07. I disabled Nvidea By removing PL10/11/16.
08. Changed Processor and Ram As well

Still same, Switches , fan spins and then off after 10-15 seconds,no display.

Any Ideas?? I'm still puzzled with this mobo. Any ideas & help is welcome

Battery Charging Light glows when both ac and batt is connected. Same result with Batt only. Schematics is attached

i Figured out that +1.05V Power rail Is missing on PL14. What to check next??
