Asus K42N USB ports not working.

I got an Asus K42N AMD laptop with usb ports problem. I've reinstalled windows 7, changed capacitorand fuse of 5v line but still the same problem. Anyone have any idea?
It doesn't recognize USB device and the host controller in the device manager is not installed.
Please help.
