Lenovo G780 display upgrade

Hi , i have a Lenovo G780 with 17.3 40pins 1600x900 , and i want to change the screen to a full hd , ips

I upgrade the processor i7-3630qm , intel HD 4000 graphics, no other graphic card

how can i find out what screen is supported.
