aspire ES1-512 led power switch on-off every 2sec

Hi i m working with this machine .
when i plug PSU not consume current 0A.
when i press power button start for 2sec led blu ,after turns off and lights up again for 2 seconds , that's continuously.
Any idea please ?

hello gcomputer, i have the same problem that you solved. I have several capacitors in short and i dont know how go on.
