    Dell inspiron 3542 3 beeps no display

    I got a Dell Inspiron 3542 laptop a couple of days ago.
    It's powering up but no display and full blank. It gives 3 beeps continuously.
    The output of PU4806 is 0.8v but when I remove the PL4801 the output is 1.05v as desire. The schemaic on the following. Did anyone experience this issue? Help me figure out.
