Acer Aspire 5755g power on by himself when plugged the charger

Hi,have an acer aspire 5755g that power on by himself when ac charger is plugged,fan spining,no boot,only led power is on.
Any ideea what is happend?
First thing that cross my mind is a bios related problem.

possible bios corrupted and also chek cmos battery must be 3 v at least

I will program the bios,searching for dump.

Try both bioses,no change.power on by himself,fan spining and power led on but no boot or any sign of normal behavior.
Change cmos bios also.
Things start to look bad.Motherboard may be faulty.
Find shematics but no ideea where to start investigate.
