Toshiba Satellite L505 turn off after several sec.

I have Toshiba Satellite L505 with external ATI 1GB DDR3 graphic card.

When I insert DC Adapter I get green lamp for DC power on motherboard. When I press button TURN ON, I get second green lamp for the computer is turned on, but FAN doesn't start.

After several seconds second green lamp is OFF.

I remove RAM memory and try turn ON but same problem.
I remove external ATI graphic card and try turn ON but same problem.
I remove CPU and try turn ON, but same problem.

Did anyone have a similar problem?

hello neshone , well it can be multiple problems , but to help us dispite bether your problems , would be nice , connecting the computer to a power lab source , for you can tell us wich is the overall AMP consume when the machine is on .
alltough , informing us with board code is a nice help also .
so feel free to provide us does infos , for we can go further on your repair

I'm sorry for late reply but I was very busy in last week. I had to go on a business trip.
I will post today with board is in comp but I don't have power lab source

I can only in Monday in my company test which current is when I press Turn ON. At home I have only multimeter.

I need bios for toshiba c70 b ar10su/cu mb r2.1
