Toshiba Sat Pro R50-B-109 only blinks Led

My second thread (and the same day of the first).
I have a Toshiba Sat Pro R50-B-109 with a Board FALESY1 A5A003821010 [A] that only blinks the led when powered.
A search pointed me to the 50h hex code:
50h C5V voltage is more than 6.00 V when the computer is powered on or off.
Does someone have the service manual for this board or can point me to the faulty components on this board, that I believe are related to the 5V voltage regulator?
