when i conect the dc adapter i get orange light on the dc conecter and the orange led on the conecter turn off and with out swatch on the laptop it will turnon and orange led light on the front led and the fun spinning contioniesly until i unplag the adapter also the ICH become very hot

If you have very hot ICH, you should change it of course and we will see what happen.
First measure all main voltages if they are correct.
