Sony VGN-FZ290 no display

Hi,this notebook was turned on and i heared windows sound but no display (on lcd and rgb port), I had tried to reball gpu (G86-750-A2) but gpu dead for over heating, so I replaced gpu with new chip (G86-751-A2),now it turned on but no diplay yet and I can't hear windows sound,also I found 3 caps shorted on northbridge (LE82PM965 isl A50) before replacing gpu,now are you think that I must replace northbridge too? and why? I didn't do anything with this chip!!
I think before anything to do,program bios ic, so need bios for Sony VGN-FZ290 , MBX-165 MS91 Rev:1.0
And what about panel ID (SW1) under the keyboard?
What did you think? and if anyone have this bios please upload for me.

I find problem in isl6268 (GPU and Buffer driver), pin 10 and 11 in diod test --> 0/000 and 0/002 with gnd , I will replace it and tell you result

Hi, after reballing GPU and changing isl6268 (still pin 10 in diod test--> 0/002) I have display on RGB and after changing DIP Switch to :pin 1-> on - 2 ON - 3 OFF - 4 OFF
now I have display on LCD but Fn+F7 didn't change display output!
I searched but didn't find anything about DIP switch setting,who can explain DIP switch setting for me?
