acer E1-572 display problem. please help

hello all

i need your advice and guidance

I got this acer E1-572 with motherboard LA-9532P REV:1 .Intel Core i5 processor with default intel gpu. DISPLAY IS NOT WORKING.

I already reprogramed the bios with acer e1-532 bios, now the display is working but now the problem is, when i press the power buton, the power light is on but the display is taking too long to start approximatly 17 sec.

what exactly will be the problem , how can i rectify the issue.

I already tried to update bios from windows, but the issue is still their, is their any other options to make it right

When you starting laptop what is the lcd voltage in these 17 seconds (before it turn on)
