Acer Extensa 5635Z problem

I have Acer Extensa 5635z (see attached schematic but without nvidia GPU) with interesting problem: on power on starts leds, fan for few secs, then shuts off and starts again with leds, fan, but blank screen.
Measured power rails, seems to be correct voltages, no signs of overheating, no signs of liguid damage. Changed CPU, RAM, flashed BIOS, no change.

Any suggestions please?

Unfortunatelly I found 3 burned dots under ICH BGA IC, so it's done
