dell inspiron 3521 +3vs problem

when i switched on +3valw & +5valw is ok but +3vs & +5vs is less then normal please any one master can solve the problem.

change the switching mosfets for the 3vs and 5vs power rail. probably they have become a little open than normal

thanks for ur reply. i also change mosfet no one faulty.
i found that the susp# voltage on qz8 pin 2 is not coming what will i do.
