      hey having 3.3 on powerbutton and nothing to do ..
      you can have 3.3 volts only feeded by REG3 LDO whatsoever you can call them .
      now if you got 6 volts on tha rail of 3.3 ..then first chek the main regulator (like ktm told you , replace all fets on the 3.3 volts , and therefore you main regulator is not ok .. who feed the voltage is the regulator , if you are having 6 volts then regulator is dead .. now attention the schematic you might have can be a lower or upper release , not having certain components on board , don't mean they were reaped off , they might be off due to the release of the board.

        another thing , start cheking main QFN for leaks , chek on resistance mode to ground on the 3.3 line , you will find something more damaged for sure

          you are right., many of 3.3 v ic were damage ... do you have any sugestion what ic have to check first? i am new be please give me an advice.....
