    7 beeps usually indicates there is a problem with the processor, maybe you can change it, and see what it does.

        and after 1 minute fan running fast as per normal speed,and screen blink just for 1 second

          It gone be difficult if you can't change the cpu, maybe you can reset the bios by take out the cmos battery, if that don't help reflash the bios chip with programmer.

              The 7 beep mean Cpu problem, I'm afraid if you can not replace the CPU, then it is beyond repair, maybe you can buy another MB.
