acer aspire one no power problem

helloo guys.. i need help for my acer notebook d257 model.. It wont turn power on.. I receive it yesterday.. i found burn resistor PR165 located along 3.3volt and 5 volts regulator IC VIn..i try to replace but the resistor is burn again.. this Resistor supply Vin of thhis regulator ic.. i need help to the expert..

check pc122 if shorted.
if not, check pin16 of pu3 if shorted to ground

check upper FETs also

check pin 16 (vin) is short with ground or not. If it is short, Try replace PU3

check pc122 if shorted.
if not, check pin16 of pu3 if shorted to ground

check upper FETs also

i replace pu3 and vin become ok.. 3.3 volts and 5 volts become ok but still no power

i notice the positive and negative pin of battery port was slightly shorted.. i put test probe on both side and i got resistance on both side..

i try to to replace pu7 and resistance on battery pin on positive and negative back to normal.. but when i try to power, you need to press it repeatedly to power up.. and i notice that when i press the power button the power us flactuating
