Toshiba A500 no sign of life

I have a Toshiba A500 - KSWAA LA-4981P REV:1.0 MB. No voltage at PQ33. PQ33 gets its voltage from PU9 (TPS51117) but I'm not sure if PU9 is at fault. Here are the voltages for PU9 with AC adapter connected but power button off, no cpu):

4......V5Filt 5.0v
5......vfb 0.0v
6......pgood 0.0v
7 GND
8 GND
9 drvl 1.25V (goes to PQ34)
10 vsdrv 5.0v
11 trip 0.0v
12 LL 0.0v
13 drvh 0.0v (goes to PQ33)
14 vbst 4.8v
15 syson 0.0v
Do these voltages look alright? Any ideas where I should check now would be appreciated.

I've left it on for awhile and I notice PU9 is getting hot. I think I'll change it.
