Lenovo ThinkPad T14S gen2

Hi everybody, I have this Lenovo model, ThinkPad T14S, SN: PF324NBX, mainboard NM-D362 Rev:1.0 with the following defect.
When I connected the charger, the amber/white charge light would come on, but when unplugged the light would not turn off.
When I plug the charger , I get the orange charge light, then turns to the white charge light since the battery is fully charged.
I charged the battery with this laptop. The laptop starts with the charger and works perfectly and if I remove the charger it also works on battery.
If I turn off the laptop when it is running on battery and I want to turn it on, it starts without problems, but if I remove the battery and I want to turn it on, it doesn't start! To turn it on, the charger must be connected.
If it is turned off from the button or from Windows, the charging light does not turn off!
I found another post from the NM-D352 model that suggested it was a problem with the Thunderbolt firmware. Has anyone else encountered this problem with this model, can someone help me with some advice?

DCin mosfets are suspects.

Remove all power. Meter in resistance mode. Test the resistance of PQ0202 - note this is a dual mosfet in a single package. Repeat, testing on PQ0201.

If required, also the battery mosfet @ PQ0203 (single mosfet in a package).

Post each measurement. Each such measurement should be hundreds of kohms or higher else may be defective.

After much digging and studying how the power supply works on this laptop, I discovered that a VCC3_PD voltage was missing from U5901(TPS65994).
The integrated PU0502 (TCK107AG), load switch controller driver was defective.
Case solved!
If anyone wants, I saved U2201,U2202 and U5402!
