Need help with replacing the 12th generation CPU on a gaming laptop.

Status: I have a 12th generation Acer Nitro laptop with the main code HH514 LA-L973P REV 1A and the CPU is faulty. I replaced a CPU from an Acer mainboard of the same type and it worked, but the CPU had an error and couldn't enter Windows. Next, I replaced a CPU from a Dell laptop that was still working but had a VGA error. After replacing it, I flashed a new bios from the Acer manufacturer, but the machine still couldn't work.
